Growth Strategy & Performance Lead

Responsibilities

• Partner with product leaders to define and refine commercialization strategy
• Craft robust value propositions, messaging, and positioning frameworks
• Define pricing strategies for digital health products with various value levers
• Establish KPIs to contribute to product-market success
• Conduct audits of current commercial operations and assets
• Design and operationalize standard playbooks for sales motions
• Create reusable sales assets including pitch decks and SOW templates
• Assess and implement tooling and automation for commercial operations
• Track and report on KPIs such as win rate and deal velocity
• Collaborate with executive leadership on structuring strategic deals

Requirements

• 5+ years in GTM strategy, operations, or management consulting
• Direct experience in healthcare or pharmacy benefits (PBMs, health plans, or payer-aligned digital health)
• Proven track record of delivering growth in a startup or new business unit environment
• Proficiency in financial modeling and analysis
• Strong PowerPoint design and storytelling skills
• Experience building structure within early-stage GTM teams

Preferred Qualifications

• Advanced analytical skills
• Experience with Confluence, Notion, Asana, or Jira
• Exposure to the Blue Cross Blue Shield (BCBS) ecosystem
