Growth Strategy Manager

Responsibilities

• Evaluate new business models and provide recommendations to optimize existing business opportunities
• Conduct market and competitive analysis using qualitative and quantitative data
• Build and maintain advanced financial and business models including TAM, SAM, SOM, and unit economics
• Drive global strategy through hypothesis-driven problem structuring and roadmap development
• Develop executive-ready presentations synthesizing market, financial, and consumer insights
• Track technology, business model, and consumer trends across live-service, mobile, and subscription markets

Requirements

• Master’s degree in Business Administration or related field or equivalent
• Five years of experience in market and competitive analysis within the interactive entertainment industry
• Proficiency with tools such as SensorTower, IDG, and Newzoo
• Experience with scenario and sensitivity analysis for portfolio allocation and regional expansion
• Ability to coordinate cross-functionally to deliver high-impact strategic initiatives
