About the role

Responsibilities

  • Act as a high-leverage utility player across growth, operations, content, events, and strategy
  • Build and optimize pipeline-generating campaigns and growth experiments
  • Leverage AI and automation tools like n8n, Zapier, and Clay to increase company throughput
  • Develop marketing narratives, landing pages, ad copy, and sales collateral
  • Maintain GTM systems and build attribution reporting using Salesforce and HockeyStack
  • Support executive events, field marketing, and community efforts

Requirements

  • 8–10 years of professional experience
  • Background in top-tier consulting, strategy, or early-stage startup operations
  • Proven ability to operate in high-ambiguity, fast-paced environments
  • Strong analytical, writing, and communication skills
  • Proficiency with modern GTM and automation tooling
  • Based in or near New York City for in-person collaboration
