Responsibilities

• Conduct deep-dive analyses on customer acquisition, retention, pricing strategy, and marketing channel performance
• Identify opportunities to improve conversion, marketing efficiency, and customer lifetime value
• Translate complex data into clear, actionable recommendations for business stakeholders
• Work closely with Growth Marketing managers to support strategic decisions and budget allocation
• Contribute to the design, monitoring, and analysis of A/B tests and growth experiments
• Define and track key business KPIs
• Build and maintain dashboards and data models to enable data-driven decision-making

Requirements

• Strong analytical thinking and ability to structure complex business problems
• Advanced proficiency in SQL and Excel / Google Sheets
• Experience with data visualization tools like Tableau
• Ability to translate data into actionable business insights
• Gap-year or final-year student from a top engineering or business school
• Previous experience in data, consulting, strategy, or analytics
• Fluency in French and English
