About the role
Responsibilities
- Own the full sales cycle, including prospecting, discovery, closing, and expanding deals with 6-7 figure ACVs
- Build relationships with government contractors in key military hubs such as DC, San Diego, Huntsville, and Tampa
- Partner with the CEO to develop the company sales playbook and establish sales organization culture
- Navigate complex enterprise buying processes involving engineering-led decision makers and procurement teams
- Build and manage sales systems, CRM, and growth infrastructure from the ground up
- Own and manage the entire sales tech stack
