Rox is building the world’s first revenue operating system, using autonomous revenue agents to supercharge sellers. By automating manual tasks, Rox allows humans to evolve into orchestrators while agents manage the end-to-end customer lifecycle. The company is backed by Sequoia, General Catalyst, and Google Ventures.
Responsibilities
- Work across demand generation, onboarding, and post-sales success to drive adoption and impact
- Lead relationships with sales leaders and executives at customer companies to propose high-leverage solutions
- Collaborate with product and engineering to turn customer feedback into roadmap input
- Partner with customers to shape and execute strategic sales motions on Rox
- Support messaging and positioning efforts based on real-world customer outcomes
- Contribute to the design of internal playbooks, processes, and tooling to scale GTM
Requirements
- 2+ years in a customer-facing role managing VP-level stakeholders or above
- Background in go-to-market or working closely with enterprise GTM or finance teams
- Strong balance of strategic thinking and operational execution
- Deep empathy for enterprise customers
- Strong analytical mindset with comfort working with metrics and customer data
- Demonstrated interest in AI and current trends
- Located in or willing to relocate to San Francisco
Preferred Qualifications
- STEM degree or quantitative background
- Previous experience in consulting, banking, or similar structured environments
