Responsibilities

• Find the wedge by identifying channels, content formats, and distribution motions that produce predictable pipeline
• Design and own an experimentation program with clear hypotheses and measurement plans
• Operate AI-natively by building automated infrastructure using tools like Clay and n8n
• Own the growth numbers and proactively decide when to scale or kill experiments
• Write the playbook by turning winning plays into repeatable demand motions for the team

Requirements

• Strong technical and analytical skills with fluency in data
• Ability to translate data findings into actionable strategic plans
• High agency and an extreme sense of ownership
• Comfort with ambiguity and a bias toward action
• Interest in how AI is reshaping growth functions
