Responsibilities

• Build systems for customer health assessment by analyzing behavior and feature adoption
• Collaborate weekly with engineering to share customer feedback and product challenges
• Onboard customers to ensure fast time-to-value and strategic positioning
• Act as a growth partner by co-creating new marketing plays and use cases
• Drive ongoing adoption and expansion across sales, revops, marketing, and CX
• Influence the product roadmap by synthesizing patterns from enterprise accounts
• Design scalable frameworks and playbooks for future enterprise customers

Requirements

• 4+ years of customer-facing experience, ideally in a marketing agency setting
• AI fluency
• Strong written communication skills for Slack, Pylon, and case studies
• Ability to understand and troubleshoot product issues
• Based in San Francisco or willing to relocate
• High motivation to learn the marketing stack (CMS, SEO, landing pages, etc.)

Preferred Qualifications

• Deep understanding of marketing from agency or hands-on experience
• Experience managing digital marketing and websites
• Comfort with ambiguity and building playbooks from scratch
• Focus on long-term relationship building over ticket closing
