Responsibilities

• Own the experimentation roadmap by developing and executing comprehensive A/B testing strategies for enterprise customers
• Generate winning hypotheses using data analysis, UX intuition, and conversion optimization best practices
• Leverage Coframe's proprietary Mark-1 platform to create and deploy test variants at unprecedented speed
• Deliver measurable ROI by analyzing experiment results and communicating impact to customer stakeholders
• Help define and codify frameworks, playbooks, and best practices for AI-powered CRO

Requirements

• 3+ years of hands-on Conversion Rate Optimization, Growth, or Experimentation experience
• Strong understanding of experimentation metrics including statistical significance, sample sizes, and lift calculations
• Ability to present findings and recommendations to senior stakeholders like VPs and CMOs
• A builder mentality with the ability to thrive in ambiguity at an early-stage company

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working at a CRO or growth agency
• Technical fluency with HTML/CSS, landing page builders, or experimentation platforms like Optimizely, VWO, or LaunchDarkly
• Deep curiosity regarding AI and autonomous agents
