Neon is building an AI automation powerhouse for healthcare enterprises, designed to eliminate obstacles in patient access workflows. By automating authorizations and streamlining benefits verification, Neon ensures that access to life-saving medicine is determined by clinical need rather than bureaucracy.

Responsibilities

• Build Neon’s go-to-market engine alongside the head of GTM and CEO
• Create high-quality content to drive thought leadership and demand
• Develop growth systems including SEO, paid ads, and referral loops
• Plan and execute industry events end-to-end
• Develop sales collateral such as decks, one-pagers, and positioning guides
• Architect and iterate on outbound campaigns using tools like Apollo and Outreach
• Maintain outbound deliverability and manage GTM infrastructure in Notion and Clay
• Run rapid experiments to test new channels and messaging

Requirements

• Proven experience as an individual contributor in a growth or GTM team
• Experience in startup GTM or growth roles, ideally during Series A/B scaling
• Exceptional writing and editing skills for high-converting content
• Proficiency with digital growth tools (SEM/SEO, paid social, funnel optimization)
• Mastery of outbound sequencing tools like Apollo or Outreach
• Technical savvy with automation, scraping, and enrichment tools
• Ability to use design tools like Figma or Canva
• Experience using LLMs to create high-quality written content
• Must be authorized to work in the United States without visa sponsorship
