Growth Specialist

Responsibilities

• Design AI-based automation flows and LLMs applied to the lead generation and qualification funnel
• Develop solutions for automated content processing and analysis
• Work with prompt engineering and AI pipelines for data generation, qualification, and enrichment
• Develop solutions for extracting and structuring information from diverse sources
• Support the creation of customer segmentation models to guide sales team prioritization

Requirements

• Practical experience with LLMs and AI APIs (OpenAI, Anthropic)
• Knowledge of Python or Node.js
• Experience with prompt engineering and AI automation workflows
