Responsibilities

• Develop annual and monthly growth plans to drive supply acquisition and engagement
• Translate growth plans into a feasible initiatives roadmap using various growth loops and channels
• Develop Go-To-Market plans for strategic product features with clear target and value propositions
• Execute end-to-end campaigns to acquire and engage agents via online and offline channels
• Track campaign performance and identify actionable insights to improve outcomes
• Own user communication strategy and set up marketing automation flows to improve conversion and engagement

Requirements

• 1-2 years of experience in planning, executing, and optimizing marketing and growth campaigns
• Strong critical, reasoning, and logical thinking skills
• Excellent organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced team structure under time pressure
• Proficiency in English and Vietnamese
• Bachelor's Degree in any field

Preferred Qualifications

• Knowledge of the property industry
• Data mindset with SQL or BigQuery skills
