Growth Specialist

Responsibilities

• Develop annual and monthly growth plans to drive supply acquisition and engagement
• Translate growth plans into feasible initiative roadmaps using various growth loops
• Develop Go-To-Market plans for strategic product features
• Execute end-to-end campaigns to acquire and engage agents via online and offline channels
• Track campaign performance and identify actionable insights for continuous improvement
• Own user communication strategy and set up marketing automation flows

Requirements

• 1-2 years of experience in marketing and growth campaign optimization
• Strong critical, reasoning, and logical thinking skills
• Excellent organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced team under time pressure
• Proficiency in English and Vietnamese
• Bachelor's Degree in any field

Preferred Qualifications

• Knowledge of the property industry
• Data mindset with SQL or BigQuery experience
