Responsibilities

• Execute critical campaigns to drive high-priority customer segments, such as localized acquisition or SME scaling.
• Create leverage across marketing, product, sales, and operations to ship growth experiments.
• Interrogate raw performance data to identify conversion drivers and blockers.
• Build and ship rapid iterations of growth ideas using an AI-native approach.
• Own commercial outcomes including user acquisition volume, conversion rates, and CAC efficiency.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in growth, performance marketing, BizOps, or consulting.
• Strong analytical skills with ability to manipulate spreadsheets and track campaign economics.
• Startup mindset with a bias for action and speed.
• Ability to work independently in ambiguous environments.
• Must not require visa sponsorship.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with side hustles or personal building projects.
• Proficiency in using AI tools to accelerate execution tasks.
