Growth Sales Manager

Responsibilities

• Develop, test, and iterate email and calling outreach sequences based on data and hypotheses
• Conduct cold and warm calls, structure initial conversations, and perform professional objection handling
• Identify and qualify decision-makers in technical procurement based on ICP criteria
• Hand over qualified opportunities to specialists and maintain pipeline transparency in HubSpot
• Use intent signals and supplier data to prioritize outreach
• Feed insights from calls and email performance back to the team to support GTM strategies

Requirements

• Initial experience in B2B outbound (e.g., SDR, BDR, Inside Sales, or Telesales)
• Ability to think in sequences, hooks, and hypotheses
• Strong communication skills and comfort with phone-based outreach
• Structured, data-driven working style and clean documentation
• Native or near-native German language skills
• Hands-on mentality and eagerness to learn

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with HubSpot
• Experience with modern sales tools such as Clay, Apollo, or Ocean
