Growth Project Manager - Operations

Responsibilities

• Drive the team's shipping rhythm through daily logs, weekly recaps, and async standups
• Maintain a rolling experiment backlog to ensure continuous workflow for specialists
• Own the experiment tracker, ensuring data hygiene, completeness, and consistent outcome tagging
• Connect experiment results to downstream signals like revenue, registrations, or rankings
• Manage throughput by holding contractors and pillar leads to weekly experiment targets
• Identify and resolve bottlenecks, mapping cross-pillar dependencies to prevent blockers
• Turn strategic intents into actionable, shippable briefs with clear success criteria
• Manage quarterly planning logistics and lead weekly cross-pillar synchronization meetings

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in operations or program management within high-throughput environments (e.g., agencies, growth teams, or product teams)
• Proven track record of building or rebuilding tracking or operating systems from scratch
• Experience working within a growth function, such as SEO, paid acquisition, CRO, or lifecycle marketing
• Proficiency in spreadsheets, including advanced use of pivots and lookups
• Ability to read basic SQL or Looker queries
• Familiarity with growth tools such as SEO platforms (Ahrefs, Semrush), paid advertising platforms, or A/B testing tools
• Strong written English skills with an async-first communication style
