Growth Professional

Responsibilities

• Identify growth corridors and opportunities across acquisition, retention, frequency, and cross-sell
• Develop analytical understanding of user behavior and growth drivers across the customer journey
• Design and run end-to-end growth experiments including A/B testing and automation
• Take ownership of ideation, testing, analysis, modeling, and visualization of growth processes
• Integrate qualitative and quantitative insights to design brand and marketing strategies
• Build customer journeys, CRM lifecycle programs, and segmentation frameworks
• Collaborate with product, operations, analytics, CRM, and partnership teams
• Monitor market trends, competitive actions, and best practices in on-demand mobility

Requirements

• BSc or MSc degree in Engineering (e.g. Industrial Engineering) or Business Administration
• 3+ years of experience in Growth, CRM, Business Development, or Data Analytics
• Strong problem-solving skills with a data-driven approach
• Ability to transition between strategic thinking and hands-on execution
• Highly analytical with experience in SQL or other query languages
• Strong foundation in mathematics and statistics
• Familiarity with BI tools such as Tableau, Looker, or Power BI is a plus
