Growth Product Manager

Responsibilities

• Own the growth trajectory and product strategy for the Sleek Business Account (SBA) and the proprietary In-House Payroll Solution
• Drive rapid customer adoption and scale revenue through strategic product monetization and organic growth loops
• Manage end-to-end execution, including product roadmap, project management, and go-to-market (GTM) strategy
• Partner closely with engineering squads to deliver product commitments and navigate technical ambiguities
• Optimize key commercial metrics such as Assets Under Management (AUM), FX transaction volumes, and active payroll users

Requirements

• 5 to 10 years of experience in Product Management, specifically within Neobanks, Digital Banks, or high-growth Fintech environments
• Proven track record of 0-to-1 product delivery, taking tech products from ideation to successful market launch
• Strong commercial competency in driving user adoption and managing complex metrics like AUM and transaction revenue
• High level of AI and tech literacy, including familiarity with AI applications and evaluations (evals)
• Exceptional analytical problem-solving skills with the ability to work backwards from aggressive growth targets

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience managing legacy data migrations within a financial services context
• Ability to operate autonomously in a lean, rapid-deployment, and highly ambiguous environment
• Experience handling both high-level product vision and hands-on tactical execution
