Growth Product Manager, Marketing Technology

Responsibilities

• Own the product strategy for the Customer Engagement Platform (CEP) and channel orchestration across push, email, in-app, and SMS
• Build and refine audience segmentation strategy across buyer lifecycle stages and seller engagement tiers
• Lead personalization initiatives including ML-powered delivery timing programs
• Define the data model for customer attributes and behavioral signals flowing from Redshift to engagement systems
• Partner with data engineering to ensure audience definitions are accurate and auditable
• Set standards for email and push quality, deliverability, and experimentation
• Own the product layer for promotional campaigns, including discount mechanics and audience targeting
• Build product workflows that allow merchandising teams to trigger targeted, interest-based outreach at scale

Requirements

• 4+ years in product management or growth engineering with direct ownership of a martech stack
• Hands-on experience with CEPs like Braze, MoEngage, Iterable, or Salesforce Marketing Cloud
• Working knowledge of CDP functions including data ingestion and identity resolution
• SQL fluency and ability to work with event schemas and data pipelines
• Experience running structured experiments with proper methodology (holdout groups, attribution, incremental lift)
• Ability to use AI-assisted development tools to prototype and accelerate output

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience at a consumer marketplace (e.g., Etsy, eBay, Depop)
• Background in email deliverability, domain reputation, and list hygiene
• Experience with AI-driven personalization or predictive audience models
• Experience integrating composable CDPs like Hightouch or Segment
