Responsibilities

• Lead 0→1 initiatives from concept to launch and scaled adoption
• Partner with Sales, Ops, Product, and Leadership to align strategy and drive results
• Develop go-to-market strategies including positioning, pricing, and scaling plans
• Translate customer insight into product direction using data and experimentation
• Build and refine operating playbooks for the core business
• Drive decisions under uncertainty, prioritizing speed and impact
• Influence and lead teams toward action and results
• Report directly to senior leadership with high visibility over outcomes
• Attract top-tier talent to the team

Requirements

• Biased toward action and comfortable with high-stakes decisions
• High degree of autonomy and strong judgment
• Ability to drive outcomes in ambiguous environments
• Track record of demonstrated excellence in prior roles
• Strong relationship building and cross-team influence skills
• Background in high-growth startups, consulting, banking, strategy & operations, or founder experiences
• Willingness to work in person at our office 4-5 days a week
