About the Company

Founded in 2021 in NYC, dub is building the first social investing marketplace by providing a simple way to share, reward, and invest alongside the best portfolios and minds in asset management. dub’s innovative copy-trading platform gives fund managers, financial experts, and regular investors a simple way to make their investment wisdom actionable for regular individuals and distribute it.

Responsibilities

• Innovate new features to drive core KPIs
• Identify product improvement areas and launch tests to validate improvements
• Work with executive team to determine product priorities
• Run user interviews and prioritize feedback
• Manage and plan product roadmap and engineering release cycles
• Design and operate product and metrics dashboards
• Work with engineering and design teams to ship fast and ensure quality
• Collaborate with marketing on product marketing and customer attribution tracking
• Drive a culture of moving quickly based on data-driven decisions

Requirements

• Experience at early-stage startups (Seed/Series A preferred)
• 2+ years leading product initiatives as the directly responsible individual
• Experience shipping growth features
• Experience owning P&L or being accountable to revenue goals
• Experience optimizing KYC and fintech onboarding flows
• Experience with project management tools like Linear
• Strong design sense and preferably Figma skills
• Experience in consumer fintech or investing companies
• Strong data analytics skills including MixPanel and SQL
• Passion for finance and investing
• Authorized to work in the US (no visa sponsorship provided)
