Responsibilities

• Own and improve critical parts of the acquisition, activation, and retention funnel
• Build new growth products and systems from scratch, including self-serve flows and onboarding
• Run experiments across onboarding, routing, messaging, and lifecycle experiences
• Partner with engineering, design, and analytics to ship high-quality customer experiences
• Define and improve product measurement, instrumentation, and experimentation frameworks

Requirements

• Experience owning a website, funnel, or product with measurable outcomes
• Analytics fluency including SQL and building custom funnels
• Strong design judgment regarding layout, hierarchy, and interaction patterns
• Ability to operate effectively in unstructured, high-ownership environments

Preferred Qualifications

• Web or front-end application experience
• SEO fundamentals and technical hygiene
• Proficiency with Figma and product analytics tools like PostHog
