Growth & Patient Engagement Executive

Responsibilities

• Convert inbound, WhatsApp, and outbound leads into confirmed appointments and paid care programs
• Follow up consistently with new, warm, and aged leads to drive package sales
• Act as the primary point of contact via phone and WhatsApp, providing clear information on services
• Manage appointment scheduling, confirmations, and proactive reminders to reduce no-shows
• Maintain high CRM hygiene by tracking all follow-ups, outcomes, and patient interactions
• Handle patient objections regarding pricing, timing, and insurance with professionalism

Requirements

• Experience in sales, telesales, customer service, or patient coordination
• Strong communication and persuasion skills, specifically via phone and WhatsApp
• Proven experience using CRM systems and following structured processes
• Native-level English proficiency
• Highly organized, proactive, and results-driven mindset

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in the healthcare or wellness industry
• Bachelor's degree
• Proficiency in Arabic
