Growth & Patient Engagement Executive

Responsibilities

• Convert inbound, WhatsApp, missed calls, and outbound leads into appointments
• Follow up consistently with new, warm, and aged leads
• Present services and packages clearly and close patients confidently
• Handle objections regarding pricing, timing, insurance, and competition
• Act as the first point of contact across phone, WhatsApp, and CRM
• Schedule, confirm, and manage patient appointments to reduce no-shows
• Maintain accurate CRM records, pipeline updates, and data hygiene
• Support reporting on bookings, conversions, and revenue performance

Requirements

• Experience in sales, telesales, customer service, or patient coordination
• Strong communication and persuasion skills via phone and WhatsApp
• Experience using CRM systems and structured follow-up processes
• Highly organized, proactive, and results-driven mindset
• Native-level English fluency
• Bachelor's degree preferred
• Healthcare, wellness, or clinic experience is a strong advantage
• Arabic language skills are a strong advantage
