Growth & Partnerships Specialist

Responsibilities

• Drive revenue growth by identifying new business opportunities and managing the full sales lifecycle from lead generation to closing.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders in target industries.
• Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to communicate the value proposition of Yubi's data solutions.
• Manage existing client relationships to ensure satisfaction, retention, and identify cross-selling or upselling opportunities.
• Develop and execute strategic business development plans to meet or exceed sales targets.
• Collaborate with marketing, product, and customer success teams to align go-to-market strategies and product updates.
• Track all sales activities, pipeline progress, and revenue forecasts using CRM software.
• Perform market research to identify emerging industry trends and competitor activities.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Data Science, or a related field (MBA preferred).
• 5+ years of experience in technical sales, specifically focusing on business development and data-driven solutions.
• Strong knowledge of data analytics, SaaS, and data products or services.
• Proven track record of generating leads and closing B2B deals.
• Proficiency in CRM systems such as Salesforce or HubSpot.
• Experience using collaboration and project management tools including Jira, Asana, and Slack.
• Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
