Responsibilities

• Own channel strategy by identifying, evaluating, and prioritizing high-impact partnership channels including brokers, accounting firms, and ERPs
• Build partnerships from scratch, managing the full lifecycle from prospecting and outreach through negotiation and deal closure
• Become a CPG ecosystem expert to position Confido as the essential infrastructure layer across brands, brokers, and distributors
• Drive revenue through partners by sourcing high-quality opportunities and maintaining ongoing relationships to ensure a consistent pipeline

Requirements

• 3+ years in B2B partnerships, business development, investment banking, consulting, or investing
• Proven track record of building relationships and driving commercial outcomes
• Strong strategic thinking and ability to build compelling business cases
• Self-starter mentality with experience in fast-moving startup environments
