Growth Partnership Executive

Responsibilities

• Run sponsorship and partnership activations end-to-end, including briefing, planning, shipping, and measuring
• Manage day-to-day partner relationships, communications, and escalations
• Coordinate with creative, growth, lifecycle, and legal teams
• Manage budgets and timelines across various activations
• Track partnership performance against targets, CAC, LTV, and ROI
• Build playbooks and tooling to scale the partnerships function
• Use AI to scale research, brief-writing, and reporting

Requirements

• 1-2+ years in partnerships, sponsorships, BD, or growth roles for a consumer brand
• Proven track record of running activations end-to-end with measurable results
• Strong account and relationship management skills
• Proficiency with data, channel economics, attribution, and ROI
• Highly organized and detail-oriented with ability to manage multiple parallel activations
• Strong commercial communication skills for interacting with senior partners
• Demonstrable use of AI in your workflow

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in fintech or financial services
• Experience with sport, entertainment, media, or large brand sponsorships
• Experience with affiliate, influencer, or embedded finance partnerships
• Experience with deal structuring
