Responsibilities
- Own a portfolio of medical practice customers as their primary strategic point of contact
- Conduct regular business reviews using platform data to surface opportunities and risks
- Coach front desk and clinical staff on workflows to drive platform adoption and referral conversion
- Partner with the Product team to provide a structured feedback loop from customers
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in customer success or account management
- Deep expertise in healthcare workflows including referral management and front office operations
- Proven track record of managing a book of business and driving retention or growth
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience at an early-stage or high-growth SaaS company
- Background in health tech or practice management software
- Familiarity with HubSpot or similar CRM tools
