About the role
Responsibilities
- Lead preparation of business development content including LinkedIn posts, website updates, and brochures
- Support and eventually lead RFI and SSN responses
- Support outreach and customer engagement activities
- Provide professional writing, editing, and proofreading support
- Monitor opportunity websites such as GSA eBuy, sam.gov, and DHS APFS
- Provide proposal coordination, including preparing volume outlines and supporting color reviews
- Research market competition and customer objectives to support capture activities
- Manage logistics and budgets for cybersecurity conferences and events
- Support contract actions including NDAs, teaming agreements, and subcontract development
- Manage capability and compliance matrices
Requirements
- Proficient in Microsoft Word
- Experience using Outlook
- U.S. citizenship required
- Ability to pass a background investigation
Preferred Qualifications
- 1-2 years of professional experience
- Experience with Excel and SharePoint
- Degree in English, Journalism, or Law
- Technical writing skills
- Strong analytical and organizational skills
