Growth Operations Specialist

Responsibilities

• Own the onboarding funnel by guiding customers through KYC and documentation requirements to accelerate time-to-activation.
• Act as an extension of the sales team by identifying and resolving blockers across onboarding, compliance, and customer experience.
• Partner with Sales to support customers post-signup, driving faster activation and increasing early product adoption.
• Serve as a key point of contact for inbound prospects to resolve queries and maintain engagement.
• Identify inefficiencies across tools and processes to implement scalable improvements for team productivity.
• Leverage data to identify bottlenecks and provide actionable insights to improve funnel performance.

Requirements

• 1–3 years of experience in Customer Success, Sales Support, Customer Support, or similar roles.
• Strong commercial mindset with ownership over conversion and revenue outcomes.
• Highly KPI-driven with a bias for action and accountability.
• Proven problem-solver capable of independently driving solutions.
• Ability to operate autonomously in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
• Excellent attention to detail, particularly regarding compliance and documentation.
• Strong communication skills with a customer-first approach.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with KYC, onboarding, or compliance processes.
• Background in fintech, payments, or regulated environments.
• Experience supporting high-velocity inbound sales teams.
