Growth Operations Associate

Responsibilities

• Plan and publish localized content on LinkedIn and X
• Review influencer shortlists and scripts for brand fit and compliance
• Coordinate with agencies and creators and manage partner email inboxes
• Launch and track influencer campaigns using reach, engagement, and conversion metrics
• Build and nurture online communities and support offline meetups
• Synthesize user and creator feedback for product localization
• Monitor growth dashboards and optimize via A/B tests and funnel metrics
• Maintain organized documentation including briefs and trackers

Requirements

• Business-level Japanese (JLPT N1 or equivalent)
• 3+ years in social, community, or growth roles
• Hands-on experience with influencers or agencies
• Proven track record in user acquisition, retention, or ROI
• Experience vetting influencer lists and reviewing creator scripts
• Strong analytical mindset with comfort in performance metrics
• Familiarity with the Japanese AI and tech landscape

Preferred Qualifications

• Study or work experience in Japan
• Experience managing multiple agencies and creator compensation
• Exposure to AI, developer, or SaaS growth tools
• Content creation experience with promotional strategies for AI tools
• Ability to explain AI tool usage and best practices to diverse audiences
