Responsibilities

• Work across growth, operations, and go-to-market initiatives alongside the founding team
• Own projects end-to-end, from identifying problems to building and running solutions
• Build and improve systems, tools, and processes to increase company velocity
• Leverage AI tools to automate processes and increase output quality
• Bring structure and momentum to emerging initiatives

Requirements

• High agency and a strong sense of ownership
• Ability to operate comfortably with ambiguity and create structure
• AI-native approach to work and tool usage
• Excellent project management skills
• Broad curiosity regarding company growth and operations
• Grit and ambition to build a company from the ground up
