Responsibilities

• Manage and optimize ad monetization and user acquisition strategies across multiple networks and platforms
• Analyze key metrics and A/B tests to maximize ad performance, user LTV, and overall ROI
• Provide data-driven insights to enhance growth, monetization, and product decisions
• Collaborate with product, tech, and data teams on SDK integrations, dashboards, and automation tools
• Stay ahead of industry trends and share best practices to drive continuous improvement

Requirements

• Currently enrolled in a relevant Masters degree program (Marketing, Business, Data Analysis, or related field)
• Strong analytical skills and detail-oriented
• Advanced proficiency in Excel
• Fluent in English
• Proactive problem-solving mindset

Preferred Qualifications

• Familiarity with statistical analysis tools
• Interest or experience in mobile gaming and mobile ad technology ecosystem
