Responsibilities

• Develop a playbook to bring low growth services businesses to hypergrowth
• Engineer a high-velocity experimentation program across messaging, channels, targeting, pricing, and sales process
• Deploy AI and automation to eliminate manual GTM work including lead enrichment, segmentation, and personalization
• Build the data foundation including standardized lifecycle stages, CRM hygiene, and dashboards
• Standardize GTM infrastructure and playbooks across acquired firms to accelerate post-acquisition integration

Requirements

• 2+ years building and scaling B2B growth engines
• Deep comfort with analytics and funnel diagnostics such as CAC, LTV, and retention
• AI-native operator capable of implementing automation and modern GTM tooling
• High standards for operational rigor and data integrity
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
