Growth Marketing & Technology Senior Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead audience segment buildout within the licensed CDP platform
• Own the end-to-end email marketing program including strategy, segmentation, and automation
• Establish data hygiene standards and compliance protocols like CAN-SPAM
• Collaborate with data teams to maintain subscriber data governance and CDP alignment
• Drive omni-channel strategies by aligning direct mail with digital campaigns
• Lead AI automation adoption for send-time optimization and predictive segmentation
• Manage reporting dashboards connecting marketing engagement to revenue
• Evaluate and recommend new MarTech tooling
• Manage one or more team members

Requirements

• 6+ years in email marketing, growth marketing, or marketing automation
• Hands-on experience with a CDP (Twilio Segment preferred)
• Experience with marketing automation platforms like Marketo or HubSpot
• Ability to design segmentation strategies using behavioral and transactional data
• Knowledge of CAN-SPAM and privacy regulations
• Experience working cross-functionally with data engineering and product teams
• Experience in subscription or auto-renew business models
• Active use of AI tools in marketing workflows
• Must be located in the United States

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Klaviyo or Customer.io
• Direct mail program experience
• Experience in regulated verticals like healthcare, education, or financial services
