Growth Marketing Manager

Responsibilities

• Balance demand capture and demand generation across paid and unpaid channels
• Manage Meta and Google paid media budgets to convert in-market homeowners
• Expand brand awareness through CTV, programmatic, Reddit, TikTok, and organic social channels
• Optimize for lead quality and downstream revenue rather than just lead quantity
• Oversee Google Business Profile management, including citations, reviews, and local rankings
• Run the performance-creative loop by briefing and testing ads with our creative agency
• Partner with Product Marketing to optimize landing pages and quote-flow conversion
• Inform repeatable GTM plans for new market entries with localized creative and reporting

Requirements

• 5-8 years of experience in Growth, Performance, or Paid Acquisition
• Proven experience managing Meta and Google advertising budgets
• Experience building paid acquisition as a system, including audience architecture and testing cadences
• Working fluency in SEO and content fundamentals
• Experience with B2C acquisition systems and managing paid media agencies
• Ability to drive results across both capture and awareness KPIs

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in home services, energy, construction tech, or the trades
• Background in high-AOV, high-consideration B2C industries
• Experience with Agile SCRUM methods and frameworks
