Growth Marketing Manager

Responsibilities

• Design and execute end-to-end lifecycle campaigns across email, in-app, and other owned & paid channels
• Develop segmentation and personalization strategies to drive activation, adoption, and retention
• Build automated workflows and experimentation programs using behavioral triggers and A/B testing
• Measure and report on campaign performance to identify optimization opportunities
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, Design, and GTM teams
• Partner with design and product marketing to develop messaging for technical and business audiences

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in lifecycle, CRM, or growth marketing
• Experience in SaaS, developer tools, or B2B technology
• Proficiency with marketing automation tools like HubSpot, Iterable, Braze, or Marketo
• Experience with analytics platforms such as Amplitude, Segment, Looker, or Mixpanel
• Proven ability to scale multi-channel campaigns that drive product adoption
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
