Growth Marketing Manager, SMB Ads

Responsibilities

• Execute high-velocity growth experiments across acquisition, activation, lifecycle, and early retention.
• Build and test email, in-product, landing page, audience, and messaging campaigns to drive SMB advertiser spend.
• Utilize AI tools to prototype marketing assets, automate workflows, and analyze funnel data.
• Partner with Product, Engineering, Data Science, and Marketing Operations to turn strategy into measurable learnings.
• Support improvements to sign-up, onboarding, campaign creation, and advertiser education.
• Maintain experiment documentation, QA checklists, and performance readouts.

Requirements

• Experience in growth marketing, lifecycle marketing, or performance marketing.
• Proven track record of shipping campaigns, automations, or conversion initiatives.
• Ability to interpret funnel metrics, campaign performance, and customer behavior signals.
• Fluency with AI tools to accelerate marketing execution and workflow automation.
• Experience with SMB growth, self-serve funnels, or high-volume customer funnels.
• Familiarity with advertising platforms such as Google Ads, Meta Ads, or similar.
• Proficiency with SQL, no-code/low-code tools, or analytics platforms.
