Responsibilities

• Generate hypotheses and validate them through A/B testing of marketing funnels
• Increase funnel conversions, implement growth hacks, and find new concepts for scaling traffic
• Research direct and indirect competitor funnels
• Manage the full cycle of marketing funnel development: idea → design → development → analytics
• Take responsibility for marketing funnels within the Funnel Team to directly impact product business metrics

Requirements

• 1+ years of experience in a product company or digital agency as a PMM, digital, or performance marketer
• Data-driven approach with ability to measure results and work with A/B tests and metrics
• Understanding of user journeys and key growth points
• Proficiency with analytical tools such as Tableau and Clarity
• Proactivity, initiative, and readiness to take responsibility for product metrics

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in social discovery or subscription products
• Experience working with performance marketing teams
