Growth Marketing Manager

Responsibilities

• Own Sigma Public as a growth engine, scaling weekly active builders from hundreds into the thousands
• Manage Sigma's social media presence (starting with LinkedIn) to drive inbound pipeline rather than just brand awareness
• Design and launch a creator and advocacy program to turn customers and community members into content advocates
• Build an employee-generated content (EGC) motion by providing the tooling, prompts, and incentives for staff to share their expertise
• Run experiments on new platforms and content formats to identify the next high-growth channels

Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience running social, community, or advocacy programs for a B2B SaaS, developer, or AI company
• Proven track record of growing an audience and driving measurable outcomes like sign-ups or pipeline
• Strong community instinct with experience managing creator or advocate programs
• Data literacy with the ability to pull your own numbers in BI tools or spreadsheets to report on performance
• AI fluency and experience using AI to scale content production
• A bias toward shipping and iterative learning over perfect long-term planning

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience using Sigma or building content on Sigma Public
• Experience growing a personal creator brand or audience
• Experience working with B2B influencers or creators
• Proficiency with social management tools like Sprout Social
