Growth Marketing Manager, Programmatic

Responsibilities

• Own the strategy, execution, and optimization of programmatic paid media campaigns
• Build, manage, and scale campaigns with a focus on experimentation and measurement
• Develop channel roadmaps and work cross-functionally with Marketing, Product, and Analytics teams
• Partner with third-party vendors and DSPs to expand acquisition capabilities
• Conduct ad-hoc analyses to diagnose performance and drive recommendations
• Design and execute A/B and multivariate experiments
• Leverage AI tools to accelerate analysis and automate workflows

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in growth marketing or paid acquisition channel management
• Deep expertise in programmatic media and DSPs (The Trade Desk, DV360)
• Advanced SQL and data analysis skills
• Strong analytical proficiency in Excel
• Proven track record of designing and executing A/B tests
• Ability to operate independently in a fast-paced environment
• Proficiency in integrating AI tools into analytical and operational workflows
