Orbital Copilot is an AI assistant built exclusively for commercial real estate law. Developed with former practicing real estate lawyers, it accelerates complex due diligence by up to 70% while delivering legal-grade precision.

Responsibilities

• Own the owned-channel conversion engine to turn existing demand and databases into qualified leads and pipeline
• Build and run lifecycle and nurture programs including email, automated journeys, and segmentation
• Manage the website as a conversion asset through landing pages, forms, and A/B testing
• Grow organic and SEO performance and optimize for AIO
• Partner with Demand Generation and content teams to maximize pipeline impact
• Run a constant test-and-learn program across all channels
• Partner with Sales to improve MQL-to-meeting and account conversion rates
• Define and report on key metrics including conversion rates and pipeline contribution

Requirements

• Demonstrable experience owning email, website, and organic channels in a B2B SaaS or AI context
• Hands-on experience with marketing automation platforms (HubSpot or similar), CMS, and analytics
• Strong data and analytical instincts with ability to show pipeline impact through dashboards
• Experience improving database performance, segmentation, and MQL conversion
• High bar for quality in written and landing-page copy
• Ability to operate with comfort in ambiguity and pace within a lean, scaling team

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience marketing to legal, professional services, or real estate audiences
• Familiarity with emerging AI/answer-engine optimization
• Experience building lifecycle programs from an early stage
