Support improvements to sign-up, onboarding, campaign creation, and advertiser education

Experience in growth marketing, lifecycle marketing, GTM engineering, or performance marketing
Proven track record of shipping campaigns, automations, or conversion initiatives
Ability to interpret funnel metrics, campaign performance, and customer behavior signals
Fluency with AI tools to accelerate marketing execution and workflow automation
Strong writing skills and customer judgment for SMB-facing messaging
Experience with SMB growth, self-serve funnels, or PLG SaaS
Familiarity with ads products or platforms like Google Ads, Meta Ads, or TikTok for Business
Proficiency with no-code/low-code tools, analytics, SQL, or AI-assisted coding workflows
