Responsibilities

• Run rapid growth experiments to identify opportunities and measure outcomes
• Improve the self-serve funnel including sign-up, onboarding, activation, and upgrade flows
• Drive key metrics such as new accounts, activation, paid conversion, and self-serve revenue
• Build AI-native growth systems to automate workflows and accelerate experimentation
• Use AI tools to prototype landing pages, campaigns, and internal tooling
• Leverage LLMs to generate and refine messaging and creative at high velocity

Requirements

• Experience in product-led growth, growth marketing, product management, or biz ops at a high-growth B2B SaaS company
• Track record of owning business outcomes like activation, conversion, or revenue
• Strong understanding of growth loops, experimentation, and lifecycle marketing
• Hands-on builder mentality with the ability to ship quickly
• Customer-first, product-minded approach with strong UX and messaging taste
• Excitement about using AI as a force multiplier in daily work
