Responsibilities

• Drive demand generation by scaling paid, organic, outbound, and partnership channels
• Build AI-first growth systems to automate campaign creation, optimization, and reporting
• Improve efficiency across paid media, SEO/AEO, and lifecycle programs
• Launch and scale growth experiments and new acquisition opportunities
• Partner with Sales and SDRs to align marketing programs with revenue goals
• Use AI tools and LLMs to rapidly prototype landing pages, campaigns, and messaging

Requirements

• Experience in demand generation, growth marketing, or performance marketing at a high-growth B2B SaaS company
• Proven track record of owning outcome metrics like SQLs, pipeline, and funnel conversion
• Strong understanding of demand channels including paid search, paid social, sponsorships, SEO/AEO, and email
• Hands-on builder mentality with the ability to move from idea to iteration quickly
• Customer-first, product-minded approach with strong UX and messaging taste
• Ability to work cross-functionally with Product, Design, and GTM teams
