Growth Marketing Manager, Lifecycle

Responsibilities

• Own the lifecycle marketing strategy for your audience, defining channel mix and prioritization
• Build and manage an experimentation program from ideation through results
• Partner with Engineering, Product, and Data Science to unlock new platform capabilities
• Own performance reporting, defining metrics and sharing results with leadership
• Drive creative strategy by briefing and reviewing assets across email, push, SMS, and in-app
• Apply behavioral science frameworks to inform message sequencing and incentive design

Requirements

• 6+ years in growth marketing with experience owning a full lifecycle program
• Strong SQL skills for data pulling and QA
• Proven system for experiment prioritization and impact scoring
• Ability to translate complex experiment results into clear takeaways
• Experience working cross-functionally to build alignment
• Ability to write tight creative briefs for designers and copywriters
• Hands-on experience with AI tools and automations
• Experience using monetary incentives to drive behavior change
• Experience building complex automated marketing journeys in a CRM platform
