Growth Marketing Manager

Responsibilities

• Architect and own the GlossGenius website strategy, including a quarterly roadmap for landing pages, CRO experiments, SEO, and technical performance
• Design and deploy AI-powered systems for personalization, content generation, and testing automation to optimize web experiences
• Execute rigorous A/B tests and iterative experiments to optimize critical conversion metrics across the funnel
• Shape the brand narrative on the website to resonate with service business owners and drive customer activation
• Direct cross-functional execution with designers, developers, and marketing partners in Product, Paid, and Lifecycle teams

Requirements

• 5+ years of growth marketing experience at high-growth technology companies
• Proven experience implementing AI-powered workflows for personalization, content, or experimentation
• Deep fluency in growth fundamentals including conversion optimization, funnel analysis, and experimentation design
• Proficiency with website analytics and experimentation platforms such as Google Analytics, Mixpanel, or Amplitude
• Experience working directly in a modern CMS like Webflow
• Basic HTML/CSS knowledge to unblock technical tasks independently

• Experience serving service-based SMB customers
• Ability to operate without a defined playbook and thrive in a fast-paced, iterative environment
