Growth Marketing Manager

Responsibilities

• Drive new customer growth and manage the paid marketing budget, including forecasting, allocation, and reporting.
• Manage partner agencies by defining briefs, scopes, and performance measurement standards.
• Optimize the conversion funnel, including website onboarding, subscription mechanics, and landing page CRO.
• Lead lifecycle management strategy, including CRM segmentation, customer journeys, and automation.
• Execute reactivation, win-back, referral, and loyalty programs to increase LTV.
• Conduct weekly performance reviews and use cohort analysis to connect acquisition spend with retained value.

Requirements

• Based in the UAE with professional experience in the MENA region.
• Proven experience in subscription-based or DTC e-commerce business models.
• Hands-on expertise across the full marketing funnel: acquisition, conversion, and retention.
• Proficiency with Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads.
• Strong analytical skills with experience in cohort analysis and LTV optimization.
• Experience working with CRM and lifecycle automation platforms.
• Ability to build processes, reports, and growth initiatives from scratch.
• Bachelor's Degree in a related field.
