Growth Marketing Manager

Responsibilities

• Drive new customer growth and manage the paid marketing budget, including forecasting, allocation, and reporting.
• Manage partner agencies by defining briefs, scopes, and performance measurement standards.
• Optimize the conversion funnel, including website conversion, onboarding, and subscription mechanics through CRO and landing page testing.
• Lead lifecycle management strategy, including CRM segmentation, customer journeys, automation, and reactivation campaigns.
• Execute loyalty, referral, upsell, and cross-sell initiatives to improve retention.
• Conduct weekly performance reviews with leadership, providing a connected view of unit economics and cohort analysis.

Requirements

• Based in the UAE with significant MENA regional experience.
• Proven experience in subscription-based or DTC e-commerce businesses.
• Hands-on expertise across the full marketing funnel: acquisition, conversion, and retention.
• Proficiency with Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads.
• Strong experience with CRM and lifecycle automation platforms.
• Advanced analytical skills, specifically in cohort analysis, LTV optimization, and spreadsheet modeling.
• Ability to build processes, reports, and growth initiatives from scratch in a fast-paced environment.
• Bachelor's Degree in a related field.
