About the role
Responsibilities
- Own the ABM strategy across 1:1, 1:few, and 1:many plays, building and prioritizing target account lists in partnership with Sales and SDR leadership
- Manage Demandbase for segmentation, intent monitoring, and campaign orchestration
- Drive HubSpot workflow builds, nurture tracks, lead scoring, and campaign tracking
- Maintain data hygiene and tight CRM integration between HubSpot and Salesforce to ensure accurate attribution
- Execute enterprise paid media strategy across Google Ads, LinkedIn, and programmatic channels
- Partner closely with SDR and Sales teams to ensure seamless lead handoff and provide campaign context for outreach
- Build and manage campaign reporting dashboards to connect marketing activity to pipeline and revenue
Requirements
- 5-8 years in B2B growth marketing or demand generation, ideally within SaaS or enterprise technology
- Proven experience building and running account-based marketing (ABM) programs
- Hands-on proficiency with HubSpot, Salesforce, Demandbase, and ZoomInfo
- Experience managing in-house paid media budgets and optimizing performance
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into strategic recommendations
- Ability to work in a hybrid capacity (4 days in-office in Boston, MA)
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience marketing to complex enterprise audiences in verticals such as healthcare, retail, or critical infrastructure
- Familiarity with AI and emerging marketing tools to enhance personalization and scale
